I Was Sent To Destroy You

 There's a Judas walking and saying with glee..

I am right beside you and you do not even see..

I say the right words, so my voice can be heard..

But deep within my heart, I will croak like a toad.


I will sit down beside you and smile in your face..

And give honour to you, but mock you with disgrace.

You might think I am kind, but what you don't know..

I am a demon in fine linen and I will beat you as you go.


I am your friend who is near and I will stretch forth my hand..

I will stand like your shadow and wave a magic wand.

When you think you are strong, with me by your side..

I will shake you like the wind and sweep you like the tide.


Though my eyes rests on you, I am searching for your cracks..

For deep inside the darkness, I am sharper than an ax.

I was sent to destroy you and I will not give up..

For on the road you travel, I will break you till you drop.

A Prayer For You

 Father, tonight, I lift up your sons and your daughters, in the east.. in the west.. in the north and in the south, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, I pray for your touch. I pray for your joy. I pray for your peace. Let your bowels of mercy fall abundantly upon every one of them. Father, intervene in every situation and let the Holy Spirit move like a raging, rushing wind in their midst. Let them be consumed by the Blood of Jesus, in every area of their lives. Heavenly Father, cover them with your precious blood.. Clothe them with your armour and shield them from danger with your Spirit, in Jesus name. Lord, I speak total healing, upon their body.. their mind.. their heart and their spirit. Assign angels to guard them from every side. Penetrate every mountain, that stands in their way.. and deliver them from every spirit of bondage, in Jesus name. Lord, strengthen those who are weak. I say I love you, but my words do not.. I shout with glee, like a shining pot. My eyes grow dim, to the sights I see.. For my actions speaks louder, than who I was born to be. Like a tinkling symbol, I make much noise.. To be seen and heard, so I can rejoice. From the rising of the sun, till it sets in the west.. I loose the chance, to win each test. Often I would say, I am a child of God.. Howbeit my senses, are ruled by discord. Like a slave in captivity, I am bound in chains.. For the pride in my heart, is a block to my stains.
