Look Up, For Jesus Is With You

 When your friends have turned their backs on you... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When the ones who started out with you, have disappeared because they couldn't run the race... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When everything you had, has been taken away from you.. Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When you are lying down on a bed of affliction and your body is covered with sores and worms... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When your back is against the wall and you don't know what to do... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When your cupboard is empty and your children are crying for bread.... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When you are walking through the valley of the shadow of death... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When death comes knocking on your door... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When you are battered and bruised and abused... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

When all your hope is gone... Look up, for Jesus is with you.

A Prayer For You

 Father, tonight, I lift up your sons and your daughters, in the east.. in the west.. in the north and in the south, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, I pray for your touch. I pray for your joy. I pray for your peace. Let your bowels of mercy fall abundantly upon every one of them. Father, intervene in every situation and let the Holy Spirit move like a raging, rushing wind in their midst. Let them be consumed by the Blood of Jesus, in every area of their lives. Heavenly Father, cover them with your precious blood.. Clothe them with your armour and shield them from danger with your Spirit, in Jesus name. Lord, I speak total healing, upon their body.. their mind.. their heart and their spirit. Assign angels to guard them from every side. Penetrate every mountain, that stands in their way.. and deliver them from every spirit of bondage, in Jesus name. Lord, strengthen those who are weak. I say I love you, but my words do not.. I shout with glee, like a shining pot. My eyes grow dim, to the sights I see.. For my actions speaks louder, than who I was born to be. Like a tinkling symbol, I make much noise.. To be seen and heard, so I can rejoice. From the rising of the sun, till it sets in the west.. I loose the chance, to win each test. Often I would say, I am a child of God.. Howbeit my senses, are ruled by discord. Like a slave in captivity, I am bound in chains.. For the pride in my heart, is a block to my stains.
