No More Goodbyes

I fell asleep in your arms and I did not know.

But the warmth of your body, was my blanket's flow.

All through the night, I was safe by your side.

As the nightingale sang, under the pale moonlight.

My blessings lie in you, as we jointly connect.

And with every curling fortune, what is dead, resurrect.

When I go to the Lord and I surrender my love...

The infilling perfume, fits us both like a glove.

Whatever the season, in my journey with you.

I know it is joyous, because it will be new.

Each moment we breathe, the freshness of life.

I am always grateful, that you chose me as your wife.

At times there are placements, of rough, rugged paths.

But when you hold my hand, our tub is milk feathered baths.

At the close of the day, when I look into your eyes.

I see a sweet reflection, of no more goodbyes.
