In The Lion's Den, My Love Is Found
My body trembles, at the sound of your voice.
And my heart beats faster, as my soul rejoice.
The never-ending hope, of your consuming fire...
Is my constant companion, to destroy every thorn and briar.
In the Lion's Den, my love is found.
Where hunger waits and knows no bound.
Fear departs, where grace abides.
And I am covered, from all sides.
The penetrating look of seal.
Speaks of what, is more than real.
For deep within my soul, I rest.
From every weight, that is a test.
Magnifying through the dark...
Comes rays of sunbeam, like a spark.
Where once I stood,
in bondage sad...
Now in Jesus, I am glad.
My love for you, I can't explain.
For words elude me, like a grain.
But as I climb, each step up high.
I will bid the world goodbye.
