You brought nothing into this world,

and you will carry nothing when you leave.

Everything you own today,

will belong to someone else tomorrow.

What you cherish, will be trash for others.

Your house will be abandoned, sold or rented,

and your loved ones will grieve for a little while.

Your name will fade from lips,

and your photograph will gather dust.

Think not of the temporary,

and store up your treasures in heaven.
