The promises of God never comes easy.

Before you receive it, your mind might be hazy.

You will sweat, you will howl,

you will think of giving up..

But your victory comes,

when you drink from His cup.

You must take up your cross,

every single day..

And follow Jesus, every step of the way.

If you endure, you will be blessed..

For Jireh in heaven,

will reward every test.

You neglected to say, goodbye for all times.. Now tears fall like raindrops, without bells, without chimes. Why! Oh why.. did you have to go? To a place angels meet, where no seeds have to sow.. Destinies met, on a fine summer's day.. Now memories remain, in the closet, as I pray. As I follow the pathway, where your feet once trod.. The scent of your fragrance, is the kiss of a bud.
