Help Us Lord

 Almighty God  help us, 

as we walk along the way..

May we be found worthy

 and accepted, I pray.

Transform our hearts

 and fill it with your love..

That we could love others

 and be as gentle as a dove.


Father in heaven, 

I pray for those who are sick..

Send forth healing,

 quicker than quick.

Let the power of your blood, 

cleanse us from sin..

So the angels in heaven, 

will know we will win.


I pray Oh God, 

our minds be renewed..

And we will not partake, 

from the spoils in the dew.

Help us to rise up

 and press on with grace..

And equip us with wisdom, 

as we continue on this race.


I make a declaration,

 in Jesus Name..

That goodness and mercy, 

we will proclaim.

Guide our footsteps, 

to walk in your own..

To complete every mission, 

with meat on our bones.


A helping hand,

 I pray Oh Lord..

We will give to our neighbours, 

without murmur and discord.

While the enemy rage,

 we will prevail..

For more than a conqueror, 

You are our anchor and sail.

 Above it all, you are the God who hides.. For your heartfelt yearning, is to those who abides. The covenant of everlasting, to the sons of men.. Will mark every footstep, till time shall transcend.  Rest in peace, has a cost attached.. In the realm of each breath, to God you must latch. On this journey called life, you have choices to make.. For the consequences of making the wrong ones, will trap you in a fiery lake. Do not reject, the offering of the Lord.. In word and in deed, as you cut every cord.
