I Pray Oh God

 I pray Oh God, let your light shine through the darkness..

Let those who are blind, see You are Lord.

Clear every path, from blockage and strife..

While it is day, from stress and discord.


I pray Oh God, for your word to go forth..

Let deliverance manifest, in the coldest of hearts.

Where there is unrest, let there be peace..

For the weight of the world, we must leave it all behind.


I pray Oh God, for those who are sick.. 

That you heal them from sickness and every load of care.

Stretch forth your hand and mark them for life..

For eternity is coming, when decisions be at rest.


I pray Oh God, for families to unite..

Where there is division, let them be consumed by forgiveness.

Let your love and your mercy, be their garments


of praise..

For only in Jesus, the heart can be blessed.


I pray Oh God, for the souls that are lost..

Let fishers of men, cast their nets in the deep.

The day is fast approaching, when time will be gone..

So gather in the sheep, for they must be found.

Tomorrow May Be Too Late

 Do not wait until something happens to you, before you call upon the Lord.  Time is running out and you may not get the chance to even say JESUS, in your time of need. You must make preparations and be equipped for any eventuality. You prepare in advance to cook a meal. You prepare and you study for tests and exams. You prepare and make certain, you have every document necessary for a Visa appointment. You prepare for the rainy weather and disaster. You prepare your resume for a job. You prepare for an event. You prepare for the clothes you wear. BUT do you prepare for eternity? Do you get into your closet and pray? Do you lift your voice in worship to the Lord? Do you fast and present your body as a living sacrifice? Do you go forsake the assembly of God's people? Do you tell others about Jesus? Have you repented of your sins and accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour? Are you part of the glorious church... the one without spot and wrinkles?  Everything you have...

Sorrow Is Coming

 Above it all, you are the God who hides.. For your heartfelt yearning, is to those who abides. The covenant of everlasting, to the sons of men.. Will mark every footstep, till time shall transcend. Thus saith the Lord, to those who have ears.. Sorrow is coming, without any cares. Surely the tempter, might rage upon you.. But be of good courage, for the old shall be new. Speak to the stranger, whose delight is for fame.. Look beyond the natural, for life is not a game. Look unto Jesus, for HE is the way.. And assemble yourself, while you kneel and pray. Unto the seed, of the royal birth.. The statutes and precepts, are there for your girt. Pollute not your temple, for your members to yield.. And rise up with fortune, for the Lord is your shield. Surely the latter, shall be whiter than snow.. Toward the setting sun, where darkness cannot go. Like crystal clear waters, in whom there is life.. Behold all the beauty, of the Lord's only wife.
