Like A Row Of Jewels

Draw me into your chamber, and gently shut the door..

Look upon my substance, from my crown to my core.

Tell me where to feed, as

I hunger for to know..

Because the savour of your ointments, within me has to grow.

More than red red wine, is my love for you..

Like a row of jewels, you make me feel brand new.

Open up my vineyard, and taste what is prepared..

Like nectarine in springtime, come and not be scared.

The whispers of surrender, upon your bed of lace..

Glistens like rare crystals, gently on my face.

Behold, Oh my beloved, let your river flow..

And wash me in your milk-bath, so both of us can glow.

Unquenchably you satisfy, this yearning in my soul..

Like the balm of Gilead, your soothing is my goal.

I am blessed with favoured honey, for your seal is in my heart..

For the one whom my soul loveth, is as the Master's art.
