Yesterday Is Gone

 I will roar like a lion, from the tribe of Judah..

I will break every chain, in the name of Jireh.

I will trample and dismantle, every baal altar..

In the name of JESUS, before I expire.


Too long, too long, the enemy rage..

Too long, too long, I am weakened and not brave.

Yesterday is gone, today is here..

I will fight with might, without any fear.


I have scampered and whimpered and meowed, like a cat..

I have cowered like a mouse, like a beat-up old mat.

But TODAY I give notice, to every demon from hell..

That this child of God, declares IT IS WELL.


No more, no more, will I be afraid..

I am rising boldly, with the price Jesus paid.

Every leach on my back, that once sucked me dry..

I kill and destroy, and will no longer cry.


Weeping endured, but just for a night..

Now I am rejoicing, by faith and not by sight.

I call forth the wind, to blow a fresh breeze..

For this anointed vessel, will not sit back


and sneeze.

 Above it all, you are the God who hides.. For your heartfelt yearning, is to those who abides. The covenant of everlasting, to the sons of men.. Will mark every footstep, till time shall transcend. Thus saith the Lord, to those who have ears.. Sorrow is coming, without any cares. Surely the tempter, might rage upon you.. But be of good courage, for the old shall be new. Speak to the stranger, whose delight is for fame.. Look beyond the natural, for life is not a game. Look unto Jesus, for HE is the way.. And assemble yourself, while you kneel and pray.  Rest in peace, has a cost attached.. In the realm of each breath, to God you must latch. On this journey called life, you have choices to make.. For the consequences of making the wrong ones, will trap you in a fiery lake. Do not reject, the offering of the Lord.. In word and in deed, as you cut every cord. You are privileged to have, an opportunity to serve.. Where the Son shines bright and to receive what you deserve. Your life on earth, is not yours to claim.. You are on loan to get up and worship neither fortune nor fame. To rest in peace, you must accept Jesus as Lord.. For He is the way, the truth and the life.
