I Failed

 I am convinced my sins, have been washed by the Blood..

For the Cross of Calvary, redeemed me like a flood.

Though my sins are like scarlet, I am cleansed and free..

But for the mercies of God, now my eyes can see.


I sat in company, and felt like Peter..

My words shot like arrows, to fill more than one liter.

What makes me saddened, is the recording of the Lord..

For my salvation is written, in a book by the sword.


Alas.. Alas, I cried out to God..

For my heart was not quenched, by my action and thought..

I failed on my journey, and I disappointed the Lord..

Yet, I am given, another opportunity to repent and say... Forgive me Father, for I have sinned.


How can I say, YOU must change your ways?

How can I lead you, when I participate in conversations that stays? 

The Bible says, to judge not others, lest I be judged..

Now here I am Lord, chastised and sorrowful, like David and my fathers, who made mistakes.

Sorrow Is Coming

 Above it all, you are the God who hides.. For your heartfelt yearning, is to those who abides. The covenant of everlasting, to the sons of men.. Will mark every footstep, till time shall transcend. Thus saith the Lord, to those who have ears.. Sorrow is coming, without any cares. Surely the tempter, might rage upon you.. But be of good courage, for the old shall be new. Speak to the stranger, whose delight is for fame.. Look beyond the natural, for life is not a game. Look unto Jesus, for HE is the way.. And assemble yourself, while you kneel and pray.  Rest in peace, has a cost attached.. In the realm of each breath, to God you must latch. On this journey called life, you have choices to make.. For the consequences of making the wrong ones, will trap you in a fiery lake. Do not reject, the offering of the Lord.. In word and in deed, as you cut every cord. You are privileged to have, an opportunity to serve.. Where the Son shines bright and to receive what you deserve. Your life on earth, is not yours to claim.. You are on loan to get up and worship neither fortune nor fame. To rest in peace, you must accept Jesus as Lord.. For He is the way, the truth and the life.
