He Who Is Wise

He who findeth a wife, findeth a good thing...

There is no wife, without a wedding ring.

In search of a daughter, of the Lord Most High..

You must first surrender, and do not live a lie.

No wife of her husband, wants a dishonorable man..

Not a sluggard or drunkard, but one who will stand.

She will wear the garment, of his presence with grace..

For her husband will rise, and clothe her in lace.

The spirit of the priest, in the wife's household..

Is the candle of the Lord, to unravel and fold.

Bread of deceit, must cease to come in..

For the covenant keeper, has repented from sin.

Let honour be fruitful, faithful and true..

That gold be your fortune, and favour be your due.

Let friendship with the world, be smitten and bound..

For your bed to be blessed, and riches to

be found.

Keep your tongue, from unrighteousness..

Covet your soulmate, with the blossom of a kiss.

He who is wise, is an ointment to his wife..

So dearly beloved, come away from strife.
