Freedom From Slavery

The back side of the desert, is where you are born..

While tending the flock, with grass and corn.

Curiously beckoned, to behold the sight..

As the flaming fire, burns with might.

Yesterday in plenty, today in want..

Yet not afflicted, by the feast in front.

No longer hidden, by scars and fears..

For the call of the Lord, has brought rejoicing tears.

Whereupon you stand, you know it is well..

For the kingdom has come, with hope's new bell.

Contentment in trials, will be your vail..

As by reason of bondage, you are brought out from jai

l.

The sight and the sound, of your new birth..

Will be your honey, in the land of worth.

Freedom from slavery, through the red sea..

Will always be favoured, so blessed you will be.

Once upon a time, when your cries were suppressed..

The wolf in the forest, had you broken at best.

But like the betrothed, you are dressed in white..

For the roar of the lion, has become your delight.
