You Are My Hero

 You are my hero Papa God...

Everything I need, is within You Lord.

When I need a friend, You are closer than my brother..

And whatever I tell You, is never a bother.


On a bed of affliction, I cry out in pain...

And before I blink twice, You make me right as rain.

When my cup is empty, You tell me taste and see..

For whatever you need, I will give you for free.


When loneliness surrounds me and I break down in tears...

You send me comfort, to take away my fears.

The servant from heaven, awaits my plea..

And on a platter of gold, I am served fresh tea.


Though tired and weary and covered in dust..

The shadow of the Almighty, is in who I trust.

Your ear knows my voice, when I call out Your name..

And goodness and mercy, are the candle to my flame.


What others might choose, as the garment of praise..

Could never take the place, of the one who was raised.

My hero on this journey, where eagles soar and fly..

Will always be my Saviour, until the day I die.

 I choose to walk, the narrow way.. With all my heart and with all I say. The sword in my heart and the Word in my mouth.. Continuously witness, against fear and doubt. A Prayer For You

 Father, tonight, I lift up your sons and your daughters, in the east.. in the west.. in the north and in the south, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, I pray for your touch. I pray for your joy. I pray for your peace. Let your bowels of mercy fall abundantly upon every one of them. Father, intervene in every situation and let the Holy Spirit move like a raging, rushing wind in their midst. Let them be consumed by the Blood of Jesus, in every area of their lives. Heavenly Father, cover them with your precious blood.. Clothe them with your armour and shield them from danger with your Spirit, in Jesus name. Lord, I speak total healing, upon their body.. their mind.. their heart and their spirit. Assign angels to guard them from every side. Penetrate every mountain, that stands in their way.. and deliver them from every spirit of bondage, in Jesus name. Lord, strengthen those who are weak. Like A Babbling Fool

I say I love you, but my words do not.. I shout with glee, like a shining pot. My eyes grow dim, to the sights I see.. For my actions speaks louder, than who I was born to be. Like a tinkling symbol, I make much noise.. To be seen and heard, so I can rejoice. From the rising of the sun, till it sets in the west.. I loose the chance, to win each test. Often I would say, I am a child of God.. Howbeit my senses, are ruled by discord. Like a slave in captivity, I am bound in chains.. For the pride in my heart, is a block to my stains. I am my own weapon, that is fighting against me.. Consumed and conformed, to the crushing to be free. I speak to the wind, like a babbling fool.. For the mote in my eye, is the devil's own tool.
