Naked You Came

If you hear a storm is coming, you hurry inside....

And board up your windows and not open them wide.

You run to the store and stock up on supplies...

For trouble is coming, with the locusts and flies.

As you hear on the news, you must cover your head....

Without any questions, your heart is made fed.

You fear and you worry, that all be not well...

But never believe, what the Scriptures foretell.

In trials and in

suffering, you call upon the Lord...

In hope that His mercy, will not come with discord.

At your earliest convenience, you presume that His name...

Will eradicate every mountain and you get all the fame.

How things are found wanting, in your pursuit of fair...

For what you think worthy, is just filled with despair.

When Glory shall come, you will leave it all behind..

For naked you came and and naked be your kind.
