I Say It Is Well

I hope in my heart, to look upon Your face.

And wrap my arms around You, as I feel your warm embrace.

To run my fingers through Your hair and kiss Your nail scarred feet.

Is more than my desire, to make me complete.

As the elders bow in worship, I pray my eyes to see.

For the old time religion, is what taught me to be free.

Beyond the crystal river, there my Saviour waits for me.

And I pray the day will come, so in glory I will be.

For the time I am here, I pray by faith to grow.

So goodness and mercy, I will always know.

Today while I tarry, I say it is well.

For tomorrow comes quickly, when Righteousness will swell.
