What Do You Value

 You might think that life is easy. And perhaps for some it is. But understand this... life is not the same for everyone. There are those who are going through unbearable situations today, that you may never even fathom in your wildest imagination.

What is easy for you, is difficult for someone else. What you do not want, someone else is longing for. The meal you refuse to eat, someone is begging God for. Your home might be a mansion, but there are those who are living under a rock.... or in a cave... or under a tree. Do not take for granted what you have.... because it can so easily be taken away.

Sometimes you might forget to remember to be grateful for what you are given. In your heart you might hold on dear to what you did not bring with you when you came into the world.... and it is of a certainty you can never carry it with you when you leave....

 Do not value things. Value people. Value the quality of those around you. Value the time spent with those you love. Learn to cherish every single moment you have here on earth. Your time here is limited. You are just here on a pilgrim's journey... passing through on your way out. Make a difference today. God is watching what you do with the time He has given you.

I say I love you, but my words do not.. I shout with glee, like a shining pot. My eyes grow dim, to the sights I see.. For my actions speaks louder, than who I was born to be.
