From Heaven's Core

You are my first breath when I get up in the morning and my last when I fall asleep. You are my strength when I am weak and my pride though I am meek. You are the sweetness on my lips and the one I always kiss. You are my comfort when I am down and my smile in every frown. You are the arms that hold me tight and my shield in every fight. You are the apple of my eye and in your heart I do not cry.

You are the grace that is sufficient and the warmth inside my soul. In your arms I never fear, no matter what I face my dear. You are the one who picks me up and quench my thirst from

your own cup. My every need you do supply and I don't even understand why. When words, they fail me and I can't speak. From heaven's core, you fill my leak. Upon my head of worry and doubt. You give me victory with a shout.

Yet I rise though tired and broke. For in your care, there is no yoke. I eat from feast that you prepare, clothe with linen made with care. Upon my feet are sandals bright. To draw me closer to your sight. For where you are, is where I be. Today, tomorrow, so all will see.
