Don't Give Up

 Sometimes you might feel like giving up. Sometimes you might think that all you do, is just not good enough.... The ones that surrounds you, keep pushing you away...  because you talk too loud... you don't talk at all.... you don't have what they have... your job is not deserving of their respect... you're too short... you're too tall...  you're too fat.... you're not beautiful.

People say... words can't hurt... I say it does. I say that the spoken word, can break you. It can destroy you. It can frustrate you. It can kill you. Words have the power to heal or to hurt. The gift of life is in the power of the tongue. It is so important to choose your words wisely.

When things don't go the way you think it should. When you feel like there are walls closing in. When your back is against the wall. When you have given your all. When your all is not enough. When you feel to pack it all in and accept defeat...

DON'T 

Don't give up.

Don't give in.

Don't be afraid.

Don't think you are not good enough. Because you are more than enough. 

Don't worry about what people say. They are digging a pit, to fall into themselves.

Don't think you are not beautiful.... because you are beautiful. You are a masterpiece, made by the Lord's own hands.

Dry your eyes. Know that you are somebody... with a name... with a purpose.... with a destiny. You are not a failure. You are not responsible or accountable for other people's actions or opinions. 

Continue to rise. Continue to run the race, that God has set before you with patience... You are strong. You are perfect just the way you are. Someone out there is praying for you. 


DON'T GIVE UP.

A Good Soldier

 Oh Lord, remind me that I am living in the good land. The land of promise. The land of opportunity. The land of life and abundance. Heavenly Father, I pray that the power of your presence inside me, is greater than every pressure of life. Jesus, you brought me out of the iron furnace.. out of Egypt, to inherit what you have set before me to receive. Remind me everyday, to stir up the gift of God that is in me, for you have not given me a spirit of fear. Oh Lord, when I am afflicted, then I know that I am a partaker of the gospel, according to the power of God.  Father, tonight, I lift up your sons and your daughters, in the east.. in the west.. in the north and in the south, in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, I pray for your touch. I pray for your joy. I pray for your peace. Let your bowels of mercy fall abundantly upon every one of them. Father, intervene in every situation and let the Holy Spirit move like a raging, rushing wind in their midst. Let them be consumed by the Blood of Jesus, in every area of their lives. Heavenly Father, cover them with your precious blood..
